Case 130/PUU-XXIII/2025 proceeded into review No-5 with an agenda to examine witnesses and experts presented by the applicant. The session proceeded on Tuesday (21/10/2025). The session looked at an application for a judicial review of Law No. 8 Year 2016 on People with Disability submitted by Raissa Fatikha and Deanda Dewindaru – two survivors of chronic diseases – whose rights were not guaranteed because their chronic diseases were not recognised explicitly in the definition of disability. Though not physically visible, the diseases should be recognised anyway as a form of disability.

Celios Released Latest Survey towards One-Year of Prabowo-Gibran Government

The Center for Economic and Law Studies (Celios) released the result of latest survey about public opinions of the one year that President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka were in power. Researcher at Celios, Galau D. Muhammad said that the survey result showed red mark for the government.

A lectirer and writer “Resolusi Konflik Jembatan Perdamaian" or “Conflict Resolution A Bridge towards Peace,” Ichsan Malik was one of the speakers about his book "The Long Path to Reconciliation – 1965 Tragedy" on Monday (13/10). The first question he posed was “why were there so many victims – 500,000 people – for such a short period of time.” He then referred to a similar case in Rwanda.
