Nurul Kusuma H. M. Psi, Psychologist, Manager Center for Public Mental Health (CMPH) UGM (Gadjah Mada University) says that the Ministry of Health publishes Pocket Books on First Aid for Psychological Wound (P3LP) for high school students, University Students, Islamic School Students, even Early Education students and Kindergarten students during a seminar that coincides with Adolences Mental Stability Advocate Competition (AMSAC) 2025 at Gelanggang Inovasi dan Kreativitas (GIK or Innovation and Creativity Arena), on Saturday (24/5).

The faciltators were Lia Rahmadiani and Riris Ramadani, with 20 participants from all over Indonesia. The program aims to understand the work pressures that affect mental health, to find ways for self-care collectively and to provide safe space for workers, volunteers, activists, and anyone for that matter. People with psychosocial disability face a number of issues when they want to speak – e.g. social stigma (fear of being labelled in a negative way), lack of public understanding, structural discrimination, and lack of space for public participation.
